This book, by D. James Kennedy, has various chapters exploring ways the Bible has influenced the Western world. I'm an English major who loves literature, so I went to the chapter that illustrates the Bible's impact on Dante, Shakespeare, Milton, Bunyan, Dostoevsky, and many others.
